Harrington Blythe is an operational advisory and interim management firm working across construction, civil, insolvency and business turnaround. We work with businesses under pressure, advisory firms managing complex administrations, and developers and owners who need experienced client-side leadership on major projects.

We are not a strategy consultancy. We don't write reports and leave. We come in, understand the situation quickly, and lead the operational response — managing people, protecting assets, navigating stakeholders and delivering outcomes.

Quinton Shepherd — Partner

Quinton has 30 years' experience across construction, civil operations, business turnaround and project leadership. He has held General Manager and Director roles across multi-million dollar operations, stepped into distressed businesses as interim GM, and delivered major development and infrastructure projects from the ground up.

For the past decade, much of Quinton's work has sat inside the insolvency and advisory space — working alongside administrators and liquidators as the operational lead, and at other times acting for clients navigating VA and liquidation processes. That dual perspective means he understands the process from every angle and knows how to operate effectively within it.

He has worked directly with Tier 1 contractors including Watpac, Maxcon, Mirvac and Harris HMC, managed teams of 150+ across construction and civil environments, and reported at board level throughout his career. He is equally comfortable on a demolition site at 7am and in a boardroom at 3pm.
